利星行机械有限公司，成立于1994年10月，1995年4月取得了世界著名的工程机械和柴油发动机制造厂-卡特彼勒在中国的代理权。利星行机械有限公司是利星行集团在大陆全资拥有的子公司，利星行集团总部设在香港，经营范围遍及亚洲、美洲和欧洲。主要经营范围为工程机械、金融服务、汽车、物业、贸易。
    利星行机械总部及其售后服务中心设在江苏省昆山市，同时在代理区域内-江苏、山东、河南、湖北、安徽、浙江和上海设立了19个分公司全面负责卡特彼勒产品和零配件的销售及提供优质的售后服务。
    利星行机械（扬州）有限公司成立于2004年3月，是首家获得质量认可的二手机械专业公司。公司建筑面积为11,200 m2，自2005年正式开工建设，并于2006年11月7日正式开业。公司包含一个三层办公楼及一个维修车间，这个维修车间引进国际上最新的生产设备和维修技术对各种卡特设备和发电机进行翻新和维修。

      Lei Shing Hong Machinery was established in October 1994, and in April 1995, became the first independent dealer in the PRC for the leading heavy equipment and diesel engine manufacturer, Caterpillar Incorporated. LSHM is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Lei Shing Hong Group, a public listed company with its head office in Hong Kong. The Group’s business activities extend over Asia, America and Europe with a business scope including automobiles, property, trading, financial services, engineering and machinery.
      LSHM has its headquarters and main product support facility in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province and provides all Caterpillar product sales and product support coverage through 19 additional branches in the Eastern China provinces of Jiangsu, Shangdong, Henan, Hubei, Anhui, and Zhejiang as well as the municipality of Shanghai.
      Lei Shing Hong (Yangzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in March, 2004. The construction of the 11,200 m2 YANGZHOU USED EQUIPMENT CENTER began in August 2005 and was officially opened on November 7, 2006. The CENTER comprises a 3-storey administrative cum sale block and a 16-bay workshop utilizing the latest technology, tools and equipment to provide repair and refurbishment of all types of Caterpillar machines and engines.
     The high quality of used Cat machines with CATERPILLAR CERTIFICATION and WARRANTY, rolled out from YANGZHOU USED EQUIPMENT CENTER will offer the “best value for money” used equipment for China customers in the industry.
